La Plante Cowboy’s Shepherd’s pie

-1/2lb Cubed Roast beef seasoned with Worcestershire, Mesquite, salt and cracked pepper

-1 cup ROUX made from olive oil sweet butter and sifted flour with a tablespoon of all grain pancake mix

-Bacon bits made from honey bacon roasted and caramelized in bourbon maple syrup

-1cup Peas and cubed carrots

-1/4 cup diced white and green leeks

-1/2 cup sweet potato mashed and whipped with 1/2tbsp sweet butter and a pinch of brown sugar

-1 cup mashed potato whipped with a pinch of garlic powder and a pinch of cavender’s greek seasoning

-1/4 cup of shredded Mozzarella and Muenster cheese

In a pie pan of 9″ diameter (or less) and 3″ diameter (or more)

Combine: roast beef, roux, peas/carrots, leeks

stir till mixed

broil at 350 for one minute

Cover with layer of whipped sweet potato and dust with 3 pinches of hot curry powder

Cover with layer of mashed potato

Cover with bacon bits

Top with cheese

Cover and broil for 4 minutes at 350

serve.
